Happy 1st week of 2018 everyone! How is your week so far? I had an eye opening and productive week which I foresee soon become more hectic as tasks and works started piling in. Since I promise myself to blog more this year, I’m going to write a blog series called “Self-Care Sunday”. This series will be monthly and publish on any Sunday of the month.
What is Self-Care?
According to Psychcentral, “Self-Care” is define as below:
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Although it’s a simple concept in theory, it’s something we very often overlook. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. It’s also key to a good relationship with oneself and others.
What I will features in the “Self-Care Sunday” series?
All related about “self-care”. It could be about my self-care’s essentials, routines, meditation or any activities that promote self-care since scheduling a solid self-care routine is one of my 2018 goal. I really want to see how far I can stretch my creativity for this project. Other than that, I might feature some experiments that I would love to execute this year. It could be sharing some of my method on how to deal with certain mental issues and whatnot. As I have mentioned earlier, the list could be endless.
I can’t wait to share the first series with all of you and I hope these 12 series of “Self-care Sunday” will not only fun and informative read but also somehow will helped those whom in need of a little bit TLC in term of self-care. Till then, x
