When you feel like you are not good enough

There are times in our life that we feel like we are unworthy and not good enough for everyone. Let it be our family, friends and even love one. Often, we are our own worst critic. Its usually happened when we are feeling down about certain things that did not goes our way and many more. This feelings will lead us to give up and stop trying again. So, what do we need to do when we feel like we are not good enough?

Celebrate small gain or win

Perhaps the goal that we have set is too high that we have failed to notice on our progress. Take your sweet little time to remember how far you have come. Pat yourselves and wish yourselves a congratulation. You are on the right path and you are more than good enough. Everything will be fine soon.

Jot down your best characters or features

Nothing like knowing your best physical feature or inner-self can helped to boost your self-esteem. Whenever you feel down and thinking that you are not good enough – remember that you are well loved by people around you because of your kindness, humility and so many more.

Talk to your trusted confidant

Either your partner or your parents, you can always talk about what you feel and why you feel worthless or useless. When you had talked it out, sometime you will realize that you are only overthinking. This is what I often do when I was feeling down. Nothing like a good heart to heart session can help you get through the dark time.

Block the negativity by doing something you love

I’m a huge believer that whenever we are in bad or down mood, its always good to sweat it out. Of course it might be different for you. To others; such as my partner like to take his big bike for a ride or even play Dota. I have no complain because people tend to de-stress differently. If you feel like you are not good enough and worthless, take your time to do thing that you love. Regardless what it is, its called self-care and it is very important for each and everyone of us.
